Does run and move, needs brake work and carb,but like I said needs restoration.when I bought it had no top. I found one from a 75. No title. Call or text for more info

No title and eye watering amount of rust... sad. Its a cool 40 that should be kept alive. My first 40 was pretty similar (michigan rust) but I had a blast with it back in the day and for about 1/10th the asking price.

Title can be had, just file for abandoned vehicle title. 12 k is too high , 8k if the frame is salvageable. Aqualu body ,soft top.....
