Price is far too high. The paint job isn't that great (overspray on window rubber shows glass was not removed) and you don't really know what is under all that "professional" bodywork. You also won't know the source or age of the motor, or whether the conversion was done properly. I would try to be patient and look for one on this site being sold by a person who can give you an honest assessment of what you are buying.
Also the AC doesn’t work and says components missing - I think this can be a huge undertaking but someone correct me if I’m wrong
I recommend doing some market research on BAT. Between this forum and BAT you will find something you can vet much better than eBay.
