Thanks...can you send pics so I can see the flange? And can you send a price?I believe I have one from a 81.
I am. I took mine to a machine shop to have another cv put on, but didn't realize it wouldn't fit...so now the original driveshaft has a cv on it that doesn't fit.@Groucho263
Any chance you are replacing the rear driveshaft in your 40?
Ah OK good luck in your search. I ended up replacing my 80 series front driveshaft with an early Tacoma DC rear drive shaft. Maybe one of those could be repurposed for your use?I am. Mark, will that fit a 1975 FJ40 emergency brake/transfer case flange? Sorry for the dumb question.Still have this:
For Sale - SoCal-double cardan driveshaft
Low mileag, mini truck, vintage unknown. I bought it about 28 years ago, from a guy who was selling me a minitruck front axle I needed for a disc brake conversion. I can get flange measurements for the ‘fixed’ end. The short slipyoke end should be interchangeable with any of the LC slipyokes...forum.ih8mud.com
