so I went to replace the original tired blower with a 4 seasons blower motor (35493) and could not get it to fit. Everywhere I’ve looked says it should fit but the bolts will not line up. Anyone else have this problem? I can’t really seem to find another option as far as after market blowers.

Hmm, I haven't any experience with that but you will need to post pics of your truck first so the gurus here can visualize what they are helping you with 
Might also make sure its packaged correctly.
