Yours?

no no, I have a White 82 that eventually I'll sell in this range of asking hopefully. I'll always post "Mine" if it's one.

I like it and hope that is the value range!!!

Holy cow, its beautiful for someone with a big enough wallet. Never seen olive (653) in this good condition.

I bought a similar condition and mileage ‘79 with vintage air AC in February for 35. Freeborn red. If it’s now worth 65 I’m going to start calling it bitcoin. :)

Looks a lot like my 79’ when I bought it. It was probably built a few months before mine. Pretty cool stuff! Too bad he didn’t take a picture of ID tag on the drivers side a-pillar.

With the exception of the Rubber bumpers in the bumperettes, the truck looks mostly correct, includ the factory smog setup.

It does appear the rear portion of the interior and rear doors have been repainted and a few clamps have been replaced with new correct ones etc.

I held out on buying a 40 for 15+ Years before I finally found and bought its original paint and miles almost identical twin 3 years ago.

My vin is 5000 or so higher and has an April 79’ production date. The one for sale appears to be after the 79’ changeover and quite a bit earlier than mine. There are several members that have pretty accurate data, not that it impacts the value, but if I were buying it would be cool information to know.

nice looking rig,
$65,000 nice? I don't know
from the pics above
it doesn't look like any clamps on the smog hoses at the air cleaner
looks like the ambulance door wiring was re-taped
looks like a bit of rust on the inside rear sill passenger side right at the rear mat
