As much as I hate it the stock AC must be sold as it won't fit with my MetalTech Cage. Here is what I have available:

1. Underdash condensing unit/blower
2. Underdash control Unit
3. Wiring harness pig tail from both underdash units to main harness (I am not going to untape the entire harness but will provide all associated connectors and wiring until it enters the main harness).
4. Stock AC compressor (I must keep the engine bracket)
5. Evaporator
6. NIB dryer
7. All associated hoses to connect unit to compressor/evaporatro/dryer.
8. Duct work from firewall to heater box (I am told this is different on 79+ 40's due to a bevel that is needed to clear the underdash unit)

$900

alf-

fyi, under the hood- the battery support, radiator, radiator support, fan shroud are different.

inside cab- the wire loom branch, rear heater bypasses, and all else you noted are different.

And a three groove flywheel.

To simplify the installation I have suggested to those interested parties to run the compressor off of Vintage Air's bracket. This then solves all the flywheel and battery tray issue. The evaporator will fit the narrower non A/C radiator support with only minor alterations to the mounting tabs. While a stock'd AC 40 does have a bigger radiator on don't see this as an issue as the aftermarket kits don't have you upgrade your radiator.
