I’ve looked at several posts but have not been able to see how the “Shoe, Guide” part #46527-35010 attaches to #46527-35010 the “Pin, Anchor” with the two springs.

Where I’ve attached the two springs on the pin leaves the shoe guide (looks like a washer), with a lot of space between the guide and the shoe. On the schematic, it appears there is a C type washer but do not recall removing one a year ago when I dismantled the transfer case.

Do I need to move the spring on the pin and then use C type washer to keep guide snug against shoe?

I think this is a pic of the c-clip that you're looking for...I happen to have one in pieces on my bench

Thanks @JackA and appreciate the image @tpscruisers. Very helpful. Had the C type washer in my parts supply and installed it. Looks like the ebrake is now complete. I missed the C type washer in the before pic as it must have rusted away.
