Seems like a simple enough thing to find, just not enough clarity.

I need the 2 lower radiator hoses for a 1979 FJ40 without factory AC.

Anyone able to offer clarification on parts numbers, availability etc.

This is what I bought. I'm still waiting on the union to put it back together. Mine is a '79.

Those are the part numbers I found initially, however one of the sites indicated the radiator side 90916-01058 part does not fit the 79’, which is the confusion point and the most critical hose I need.

I found part numbers 16571-60091 and 16571-61070 both listed for application with the cooler and now discontinued and 16571-61050 available and fits a 79, but no mention with or without cooler.

Can you determine if the ends of 90916-01058 are slightly different inside dimension? I understand the water pump and radiator outlet are slightly different sizes.?.? I am not certain if the union between the two Is the same as the radiator or the water pump or ?

Yes, the sticker end of -01058 is necked down to fit the radiator. Union is same size as outlet on pump.

SOR had the discontinued part in stock a couple weeks back. That's the route I went when I found out it was discontinued.
