Thanks for the offer, I somehow have two near perfect passenger ones and one crummy driver's one. Not sure how that happened. This is pretty much the last thing to complete a thorough resto of a 11 year daily driver which is why I am persistently bumping my own post ...

None of the usual commercial suppliers seem to have anything, not surprising I guess due to the late model year.
