I made a couple cup holders for friends and their 1979-1983 FJ40, and made a few extra to sell. This is the first batch of cup holders for 1979-1983 cup holders. They mount with hardware already on your fj40, under the center console. There may be some minor drilling on your specific fj40. I have taken some input from other MUD members on the first few I shipped out to friends, so these should be an exact fit, but I will leave the disclaimer; you may need to drill or grind if your heater location, glove box or holes are slightly different.
I can send painted hammered black, or bare metal. I have 5 cup holders made without the 12 volt hole, and 2 made with the 12 volt hole.
They include two large dual level plastic cup holder inserts.
For $35 you get a steel cup holder, inserts, and shipping to the lower 48, without the 12 volt option.
For $45 you will receive a steel cup holder, inserts and shipping to the lower 48 + a 12 volt cigarette lighter.
