1978 HJ 45 bumper, winch & fog light question

I want to install a warn winch, fog lights and a new bumper on my truck. Can someone tell me where to find the bumper and integrated fog lights on the FJ CO grey example and tell me where to find the bumper from the FJ CO mustard example?
