Happy to have stumbled across the clubhouse forum for Austin. I'm gearing up to sell my 1977 Toyota FJ40. Anyone out there that can help determine a fair sales price if I send a bunch of pictures? Thanks and Happy Holidays!

Hey I know that capitol building! Great looking 40. Far nicer than my budget would allow im sure. Wish I was more help.

Tell us about your truck. Mileage, maintenance, modifications, rust, lack of rust.

Looks great. Way nicer than my '77.

Thanks for the help, everyone. A few more pictures attached. Several things:

1. Regular maintenance, no major modifications. Original Paint!
2. Rear fenders have not been cut.
3. Stock 2F 6cyl with factory 4spd transmission.
4. Does have 2 1/2 Sky Jacker lift with 5 33" Yokohama's.
5. Factory rear heater.
6. Original front seats with some splits in seams.
7. Body, floor, frame, and undercarriage are excellent with little to no rust; Mainly small rust spots around edge of hard top.
8. Mileage = 124,193. I've put ~4,100 miles on it in 9 years.
9. One of the brackets for the right rear jump seat is broken
10. Hard top roof has some scuff marks
11. Many "extras" to go along with it - tailgate for when hardtop removed, bikini top, new headliner for hardtop, driver and passenger side mirrors for when hardtop removed

All in all, it's a pretty original FJ40 in good shape. Appreciate the appraisal assistance.

Ok, I'll say it since no one else will. You are nuts for wanting to sell such a sweet cruiser!
