does the '77 distributor have an external ground? if so, does anyone have photos or a diagram?

The OEM dizzy on my '77 only had one red wire connection, and the dizzy was grounded by the retainer/lock ring screwed into the block.

Jason, in contributing to this topic, look at the description from @Racer65 on the new OEM 19100-61180 dizzy. It comes new from Denso with an external ground plug, but is not necessarily required. Looks like they didn't have that plug 45 years ago.
