I need a donor 2F head to mock-up my exhaust and intake manifolds on my 1977 FJ40. I need to take the head to my machinist so that he can machine the header flange for a good seal.

Since I'm not actually going to use the head, it's fine if the head is cracked. I just need the exhaust/intake ports, studs, and bolts to be in the same location as the 61031 casting that's currently on my motor.

What do you have?

TIA!

Sorry I didn’t get back to you; I only have rebuilt heads. I threw the cracked ones away years ago.

How much for a rebuilt 61031 head?

I’ve got one. It’s in Nashville though.

Edit* just checked its 61010. Free if you want it though

What’s the difference between 61010 and 61031? I need it to mock-up the intake manifold and exhaust manifold flanges. So the studs/bolts for the flanges need to be the same.

That should work for you fine Will. Anything 610XX will have the same studs as yours. Now sure as shooting someone will split hairs about the EXTRA holes on a 61041, but the ones you're after will be on the 61010 head. GLWS

I have a 61030 head in Tulsa. I do not know if it is cracked or not. Never had it tested. PM me if interested.
