Looking for a carb cooling fan 16362-61020 for 1976 FJ40. The style is front drivers side. Pretty sure these are hard to find in good working order.

The fan I’m searching for is shown in image below.

Yes, it was made for CA spec 1/76 - 7/77. Here are additional images.

@pardion have you ever come across a carb fan like the one shown? I’m likely going to install the later fan style but thought the period correct style would be appropriate for my 4/76 truck.

fj40 carb cooling fan...do you run yours?

I just fixed my carb cooling fan and my FJ is now cranking (warm cranks) much better and I'm sure it is due to the carb fan fix. Do most FJ drivers have a functioning carb cooling fan? I have a 78, but I'm not familar with the story behind the fan...it seems like a design flaw fix and I wonder...
