FWIW: PER the EPC pics below - The 90119-08132 bolts are called for on both types of fuel pumps, spacer or no spacer.

the last spacers I got from Toyota had the gaskets already attached as 1 piece
so instead of 3 pieces you only needed 1 piece

ok , here we go ..................

- using the FSM Nomenclature , the last 5 digits that rick stated and show above are 90119
-08132

- 8 refers to the diameter in millimeters .so 8mm x

- the last 2 digits are the LENGTH in millimeters , so 32 = 32 millimeters long

so

hence 8mm x 32mm

now i have concluded through my life if a 1 appears like Rick's text book example shows , it denotes a 1.25 thread pitch , but not on all part numbers

on bolts to be clear ONLY the original japan microfiche part #'s this applies to ones

so we have oem fuel pump bolt part # 90119-09132 = a 8mm x 1.25 x 32mm long

eazy peezy

save and print out the below

it's AWSOME tech to refer to daily in your shops and such

matt

I get these directly from japan 🇯🇵.

- There not a OEM Toyota part # bolt but are a update and upgrade I have made and determined is functionally a better modern choice

- Where the OEM disc. / NLA 90119-98132 was ONLY A single wimpy lock washer equipped SEMS bolt and hot 🥵 dipped galvanized cheap ghetto option in the end

prior to it being disc. / NLA by Toyota’ Great wisdom ….

- My choice now is yellow zinc gold plated for traditional purist based mind set approach philosophy I have going on 24/7

- The tech of the double lock and flat washers SEMS design is far far superior for long term anti - vibration resistance and spreads the load
of your torque yield Across a greater surface area

- This translates into a much better gasket to both metal mating surfaces Across the board ….

THIS IS THE WAY …

Thanks @ToyotaMatt. Appreciate the tech here. When decoding bolt part numbers, I always thought the first digit represented the bolt head #, followed by diameter and then length.

08132 threw me off as the first digit is a zero…why is it not a 40832…#4 head, 08 diameter and 32 length?

i don't have the ZERO first digit answer ?

maybe when bolt head numbers stopped that first digit of the last 5 became obsolete ?

not sure there paul
