1974 Toyota LandCruiser FJ-40 $17,500

Build Date 12/74 (1975 body style)

This is a solid land cruiser with most of the heavy lifting done. There’s still some misc. work to do but that’s reflected in the price. I’ve got WAY more money in this than I’m asking so I’m pretty firm on the price. I don’t have the hard top but I’ve got a set of ambulance doors that will go with it. I have the OEM ‘Paki style’ soft top and bows, but the top has never been fully installed. I just ran a bikini top or no top at all. Also have pair of soft top ambulance doors.
I've owned it since 2007. Since my son was born I just haven't been able to drive it as much as I'd like. Hoping the next owner can put some miles on her and get her out of the garage more than I can.
I'll post some more detailed pictures first of next week after the rain moves out.

Interested in more pics please, also does the DMV title say 74 or 75? (just to confirm)

Thanks

Fair price, are the rear doors from this FJ?

@777Gage title shows build date of 12/74. It’s a TN title. AL doesn’t require them so I never transferred it.
@oakweb Thanks for the pricing feedback. I‘ve been on this forum long enough to see folks get flamed for high asking prices :) I listed it here first hoping to find a buyer that understood the vehicle.
Please- someone buy this thing so I don’t have to deal with craigslist/ facebook marketplace :bang:

Thanks for the title info, looking forward to the pictures.

Interested in more pics as well. Message you and didn’t know if you got it.

Hey Guys, I got your PM's. I think they were all basically asking for more pictures. I was slammed today and didn't have time to grab pictures of the cruiser but I thought I'd post up some of the misc parts as a proof of life....

The red ambulance doors came with the FJ, but a tree fell on the hard top before I had time to go get it from the original seller. I picked up the barn doors with the intention of making a tailgate out of them, but never got around to it.

Pics of the rear sill and jump seats?

Also, I just found my latest receipt from the mechanic which wasn't included in the initial work scope list. This work was completed a couple of weeks ago:
Replace Carb and adapter plate
Replace fuel lines and filter
Oil/ filter change
Replace front brake shoes and adjust brakes
Drain and fill front and rear diffs, transfer case and transmission
Replace rear output shaft seal
Replace clutch master cylinder and bleed system
Replace oil pressure switch with correct sender (new oil pressure sending unit)
Repair wiring at coolant temp sensor
Clean and adjust front right locking hub

Let me know what questions I missed. I'll climb up in the attic and pull down the jump seat frames in the next day or 2.
