I believe every vehicle is worth exactly what the next guy is willing to pay. If I “restored” this pig I would also start out with a $40k price and see where it goes, what’s he got to lose other than a bunch of Nancy’s of MUDD picking the paint and trim apart? If he gets anything close to his asking price then yeah for him, if he ends up selling it for closer to $20K then someone will get a nice pig that’s not going to take much to square away for a decent price..
