First up was to replace the top of the cab. Looked like a herd of drunk gals jumped up and down up there and ruined the top and inner structure. The PO welded some angle iron and used foam to try and repair.

Grafting a newer model with ridges for a stronger solution.

Stripped the donor top, cut out and fully welded and then body work.

Getting into the body on this.. WOW! body filler and the s***tiest body work I've seen in quite awhile.

All the lower doors were spot welded in with flat plate and then filled over and shaped.

Seriously there was up to 5/8" of body filler in some places and I'd have to say the average was 1/4" -3/8".

HUGE CHANGE ORDER ON THIS BUILD.....

Engine swap out--------------

6.7L Powerstroke (new crate complete system - coming direct from FORD)
Is the plan to keep the stock CP4 or go to the DCR conversion?

Loving the build Jason. Congrats on SEMA, 2 years running. In a few years I'll be saying "I remember when he came on the LC seen". Killing it buddy, about that Stude.......

Diggin the drawing. Just an elegant car with a sleeper feel to it. Pin you to the seat power can't be bad.
