I'm cross posting this from my other parts post as it needs to stand out on it's own. For Sale: - FJ40 Parts Sale - New & Used

UPDATE: TUB IS SOLD. SEE BELOW.

--------

I am interested in selling the tub from this 1973 40. It is one of the cleanest tubs I have ever seen. I can find no rust or evidence of rust repair. I also have the front fenders, aprons, bib/grille complete as well as soft top doors and complete set of bows that came on this truck.

I'm up in the air about using this on a 78 build but as it's going to be more trail rig I might use one of our rougher tubs here.

It won't be cheap and I prefer to sell it all at once. I'm open to some offers but you know what nice OEM tubs sell for...and so do I.

Tub, firewall to tailgate: $SOLD to SS454
Fenders with aprons: $500
Front grille/bib: $500
Bow set (mix of OEM and Real Steel): $750
Soft Top Doors that came with the tub: $450
Trollhole soft top in tan duck canvas with material for doors: $1000

Or buy it all for: $8250

Some of the items are listed in the previous post linked above and are for sale in the store.

Are you selling the blower motor?

Josh

Thanks

Thanks just shoot me a PM

Before we spray this beautiful tub with polyurea and make it a trail rig... I'm open to realistic offers! Can sell in pieces too but need the tub to go first. Hate to condemn a perfect tub to trail use...

How does the rear sill look? Barn doors included?

Sorry, I missed the fact that it had a tailgate. The sill looks good!

Dumb question but does it have the holes for the hardtop on the top rail of the tub? From what I've read some softop bodies did and some didn't.

I'm looking for a 73 tunnel cover (3 speed floor). Do you have one...or would willing to sell this one?

u keeping the frame axles etc?

Well.. right this minute we may use it for a trail rig. Trying to verify compression on the engine, leakdown, etc first. But it's a frame up resto to some level or another. Yeah, I'd probably let the frame/engine/drivetrain...rolling chassis go for the right money.

I have a MUD member wanting the tub/transcover/tailgate right now so probably not. The other covers I have are rough.
