I am trying to torque my rocker support bolts but when I looked it up on the manual it says to torque my 8mm and 10mm to 18lbs and 28lbs but I have a 12mm and a 14mm so how do I go about torquing wise? Thanks

The manual is referring to shank diameter not hex size. 12mm hex is 8mm shank. 14mm head is 10mm shank.

Well I got to torquing it and the 12mm bolts won't click. It'll click on 9lbs but when I raise it to 18lbs nothing it will keep going. But the 14mm seems to be torquing fine.
