I am almost have my SM420 swap complete and now looking into driveshaft options. I've already called my local driveline shops and I am familiar with Tom Woods driveline so this is more of a what else will work question. I have a F motor, SM420, plate style adapter and a 3 speed transfer case. The 40 has a slight lift and eventually planning on a 4" lift. I have read that driveshafts out of a 4 speed 40 series will work with the SM420 swap but I don't know if that means they're close enough or a perfect fit then I have also read about mini truck driveshaft but the holes need to be drilled out. Any advice would be appreciated as to which route would be best and not just the one's I've mentioned.

Thank you
