Classy looking "55 with minimal rust and a great patina. This is my daily driver and is running great. It looks like I'll be relocating to the Phoenix area in the next few years and without A/C, this will be undriveable in the summer. I've basically completed the mechanical restoration as follows.
PO work includes:
1. 1979 F2 engine swap from an FJ40
2. Early 80's 4spd transmission/T-case swap from an FJ60
3. Professionally rewired
4. Floor replaced/sealed w/ POR15
5. Front disc brake conversion
6. Weber carb w/ electric fuel pump
7. Re-cored radiator
8. New BFG TA Mud Terrain tires
9. Powder coated Steelie wheels
10. Reupholstered seats
12. New interior door/cargo panels
13. New battery
14. New off-road jack/Toyota lug wrench
15. Replaced window and door rubber
16. complete undercoating
17. New Alternator

Recent work :
1. Replaced rear window regulator with gear upgrade. works perfectly.
2. Replaced tailgate/rear window rubber
3. Replaced entire exhaust system
4. Professionally flushed and relined fuel tank
5. Replaced fuel filler assembly with all new vent hoses
6. Rebuilt heating/defrost system
7. Replaced speedometer
8. Installed new dash
9. New windshield wash reservoir and wipers
10. New coolant overflow reservoir
11. Replaced hood latch release
12. Replaced front transfer case flange seal
13. Rekeyed door and tailgate locks to a single key
14. New front seat cover and cup holders
15. Dismantled, cleaned and rebuilt all original electrical switches
16. Rebuilt and resealed steering box
17. Recently professionally tuned up

This pig looks awesome as is or could be taken to the next level with a new paint job. I've got over 20K into her but am asking $17,995.

Very superficial cosmetic rust kind of spread out. There is one perforation left front fender. PO provided replacement fenders but they need a bit of work and I liked how it looks as is so let it be. Floor was replaced so there is no other structural rust anywhere
