So, are you having a problem with the vacuum not engaging 4WD or are you having a problem shifting the transfer case from H to N to L?

I’m so backwards on this thing. 🤣
I barely drove it before tearing it apart.
In low, it won’t move but I can put it into gear. It must be in neutral between high and low.
In high it won’t go into gear. It just grinds.
I think it’s a slave cylinder rod adjustment.
I have barely any pedal pressure but it does move the arm. I think not enough though.
The end of the rod is just barely touching the arm at rest.

I can move the assembly in the firewall and feel the three positions and nothing seems loose or disconnected.
