- 12HT engine swap, cosmetic refresh, new TD05 16G turbo feeding a 3” exhaust
- H55f 5 speed swap
- polished crossover pipes and custom stainless intake

- seat frames and all other silver parts freshly re-powder coated

- custom Ebony shift knobs by Rodak Garage

Arrived 4 Wheel Auto in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada finally in 2021 for a full mechanical restoration and vehicle inspection to officially finally…. be imported into Canada 🇨🇦 and on the road.

Few holes patches in the tub in the rear. This 40 was originally a service vehicle at Edwards Air Force Base. So they had cut 4 holes in the rear floor to mount a tool box to the frame back in the day. Holes files, light box liner applied and then colour/clear.

Top was refurbished at the same time then all new seals and weatherstripping was completed.

Original drivetrain was pulled and time to recondition the engine bay. We started with only doing the end bay…. Ended up doing the full underside of the tub with Lizard Skin Sound Control, Ceramic Insulation, Colour and Clear.

12HT heaven has arrived, broke down the engine a bit. Sand blasted and painted everything that came off.

I’m she goes and start test fitting the custom mounts from Australia. Ended up with maybe a finger worth of room again the firewall.

Motor was then pulled again for final welds and paint. Re-installed the aprons and fenders. Added a custom battery relocation bracket from Dave at 4 Plus Products. Optima yellow top added for some battery bling…

Brand new oem cluster added, used a 60 series tacho and found a bezel in Pakistan 🇵🇰

ISSPRO boost/egt combo gauge also added.

Cracked turbo housing was replaced with a TD05 16G from Jon at Dark Fox Diesel Injection.

Also had a local guy do the polish work on the crossovers and he also did all polish work throughout the build.

Next was some trans tunnels mods to convert from column shift to floor.
