Has anyone found a source for the handles on the seats for pulling the pin out for tilting the seat back?

Looking for anything similar, I remember as a kid there were outside water faucets with a bar type handle, which I think would work, but cannot find any at the hardware stores or thru an interweb search.

Seat Release Handle 69 FJ40
