Cruiser is on a lift and the rear driver tire won't spin freely like the other 3 do... anyone else have this issue?

Have you tried to back off the drum brake shoes? Does the truck run drive and stop curently? If so, does that corner get noticeably hotter than the other 3?

There are so many variables here, you need to give us more data to truly help.

Have you taken anything apart to inspect?
