Approximately 70% of all the nuts bolts and washers off the beast being cleaned up for yellow zinc recoating

More of the front knuckle components and finished spindle. I did also safety wire all the bolts on the spindle housing.

you appear to have the skills...gonna fix the rear fenders?

Yes I am, the driver side front is too far gone unfortunately. All the sheet-metal is original. I’m going to be installing an original factory gas filler on the passenger side rear for a future auxiliary tank.

You were far ahead of your time on this one. I obviously did not clue in to the rear fender you mentioned. It is a valuable lesson learned. I have to laugh at myself and keep moving forward. I have experienced massive quantities of sheet metal welding on this one.
