I'm restoring a 1966 FJ40. It came to me in pieces unassembled. Starting with basics. Which way is the top of the main fuse block that mounts under the instrument cluster? I have an early wiring diagram that will help a lot but fuse block placement is not clear.

My wiring was a mess when I got mine as well but yours has the same side up as mine did.

@daner hopefully you got rid of that red jumper wire so you’d have some electrical things switchable.

Like I mentioned, my 66 is a mess compared to wadesters. Only about 1/2 the electrical functions work. Would love to rewire the entire truck but would only do that when and if I do a body-off.
