is that a battery mount on the outside? unlikely to be a spare gas can holder, or ?

Gas Can Holder.

Not too bad but needs pics of the following: Frame, Rear Sills, FloorPan.

if that rust on the outside is the ONLY rust you can find it would be worth about $1500-$2000 IMO. I paid $6000 for mine...too much rust for that price but it's one of my fav years so I can't really complain, other than the rust (and other various minute problems) I got exactly what I wanted...just gotta make it mine now.

40s RULE!

Up to 1500 IMOP, maybe a little more if the conversion was truely done right and the frame is in good condition.

Mine is a '65 titled as a '66, but has the long running boards. That may be a '64 titled as a '65. Not that it makes a lot of difference. I assume you are asking the value to make an offer on it? I thought you were wanting to value it for insurance purposes from the thread title.
Pretty straight old truck from the one picture, but by the time you add PS, 4 speed, disc brakes, rollbar/cage, fix the rust, fix the spring sag, etc, etc, etc. You can end up with a rediculous amount of money in it, trust me on this;)
What it's worth kinda depends on where you are going with it. But it looks like a nice truck to me.

damn thats really stock! I know lots of people that would pay 3k to 4k for that on mud is a different story. Things are priced more realistically on this forum. TO a newbie I think you could get that kinda cast outta them... not trying to rip anyone off of course.. its a cruiser( a rare vehicle and a legend)

with a knarly knock. ;)

Okie since when do you hold any merit for knowing how much things are worth, last I knew you thought you could get a shop to completly rebuild your cruiser for 5K

That looks like my first cruiser, but at the time it was only 9 years old, and looked like new with 30 K miles.

Did noone else think this was fawkin hilarious? HAHAHAHAHA

Okie, you're correct on some of your statements. ;)

I'd price it at $2500 + assuming that all runs well and is in basically the same condition inside and out and under. Maybe $3478.99 but that's about it. I love those "ribbed" early tops. Looks to be in pretty decent shape IMO, just needs a little work.

You're in CO. In my area of N. California that rig would go for $2500 easy. Just my opinion. How recent and well is the 350?

Colorado should bring a bit more, more pics would help.

Are you looking to sell it?

That was just one I had found, was looking to pickup. I wouldn't mind a 40 series for putzin around...but that was way too much a project for me with everything that I have to do on my 55. I believe it's still for sale if anyone is interested.
