Checked the frame for alignment. Then out for a media blast and epoxy primer.

x2 on JB, always fair. I think these split windows are just too cool. JB found one for me that needs a little work but would love to put it on one of my 25s at some point!!@TeamJB
Junaid sent me a very nice one split windshield. His international shipping costs are reasonable or included in his price quote. So windshields are pricy to start with, and the premium for this route is mayby 2 or 3 times that. The glass rarely survives shipping but one of my panes did, but then I broke it.
@andybudge reproduced the rubber seals.
What I should have said is I was looking for a 30 mm OME bushing. I wanted to stay with all similar bushing color/vendor.In other words, you reinvented the wheel.
AFAIK, SOR is the only source for that 30mm bushing.
Looking great, I can almost hear that thing purr!Things are starting to come together. Got the motor, 5 speed and transfer case installed. Big shout out to Georg at Valley Hybrid in Stockton.

Ever hear the expression ’just because you can, doesn’t mean you should’?I’ve ran mine the same way for about 7 years now and no issues. I thought the mounts wouldn’t take the abuse, but I drive my 40 like I stole it and nothing but smiles.
Thanks Mark, I was looking at that. I just set it in the cradle. Going to check into it.Ever hear the expression ’just because you can, doesn’t mean you should’?
Not once but twice I have had customers come in complaining about clutch problems and gotten under their trucks to find a cracked bellhousing.
It happens. YMMV.
I wouldn’t do it. And I wouldn’t recommend it to a friend. And Kevin is a friend. You can do whatever you want Casey; you are not a friend.
