Checked the frame for alignment. Then out for a media blast and epoxy primer.

Welded up the Saginaw box conversion. Georg's Fab guy Ryan Apple did the hard work. He cut the side plates on his plasma table and stitched her all up. The front fork horns had not seen a good life and needed help. The additional bracing will put her back in form.

I had to share a bit of coolness! I purchased all of the SS pin sets from SMG. But alas he did not currently manufacture the tailgate pins. I asked him and he mentioned that he thought about making them. I sent him one my hinges and Voila here they are.

HOW TRICK!!!

He made a button hex head pin and tapped the end for a matching button hex head. He included the clear plastic protectors and the SS hardware. I think this is a very sharp setup. Makes it alot easier to paint..

Gotta love the sticker!

Thanks Steve for taking on the challenge of making these SS pins for my SWB 45 tailgate hinges. I know others will consider them a "have to have item".

They are hard to find they were made for the pakistan army. I found mine in oregon after looking for years, they are out there but hold on to your wallet when you find one

Junaid sent me a very nice one split windshield. His international shipping costs are reasonable or included in his price quote. So windshields are pricy to start with, and the premium for this route is mayby 2 or 3 times that. The glass rarely survives shipping but one of my panes did, but then I broke it.
@andybudge reproduced the rubber seals.

x2 on JB, always fair. I think these split windows are just too cool. JB found one for me that needs a little work but would love to put it on one of my 25s at some point!!
