I decided to do a mini-frame-off restoration to validate the color combination that I was thinking about using on the main build. I was able to get a ton of work done the first day including:
  • Removed all interior components
  • Removed entire body from frame
  • Removed both front and rear axles/wheels
  • Removed all glazing from body
I have actually been doing all of the work myself.

Amazing barn find. Rust free chasis and body.

Got the frame powder coated and all of the interior restored, however during disassembly I found that one of the axles was bent and some of the interior components were not in great shape. Luckily I found this donor car for a great deal that I can salvage the parts from that I need.
