Cool. I plan to go this year. I look forward to seeing this.
I’ll be there too. I’ll be the guy looking at all the Toyotas

Did those FJ28's have 4 spds orginally?

Have to imagine that was a 3 on the tree originally. The wording about the engine is strange too. Period correct 1F? Does that mean the seller knows it’s not the original? If it’s correct to the model it would be hard to otherwise verify it’s not the original engine.

Oh that's right, I keep forgetting the 25's low end gearing was through the tranny and not just the t-case.

That’s that V8 the guy was trying to flip at like $80k right? It’s a nice truck though would still be cool to see in person.

Yep, he said he bought it on a Friday then it appeared for sale at $85k in about a week’s time. It will be interesting to see what it brings at Barrett-Jackson. No reserve on all these trucks, so they will sell.

I go every year to see what the Toyota's go for. There's a few 40s, mini-trucks, a 62 and these two wagons. It amazes me what that place brings in for pricing. I've see $15k 40s go for $30-35K.
