17" wheels

I have come into some 17" oem wheels off of a 2007 Taco. Can I use these wheels on my 60?

It's possible. You may have to use spacers to clear the TREs or calipers (or both), but you won't know that until you try.

I believe the '05 and newer Tacos are hub-centric versus your 60 that will be lug-centric.

OK, that might require some schooling. The OP might know what that means, but I have no idea. Care to explain?

Hub Centric centers the wheel on the hub of the axle. Lug Centric centers the wheel on the lug nuts.
