Selling my 1966 Hardtop FJ40 with Small Block Chevy 350 V8 conversion.
AZ Vehicle since at least OCT 1984
Original color was tan. It was painted along The way during its life.
Virtually a rust free vehicle. Surf rust on frame and a small amount on rear panel below split tailgate.
3 Speed manual transmission
manual 4WD transfer case (Vacuum system removed; still have all the parts if you want them.)
Hard top in great condition. Glass all good and lift gate has struts to hold it up.
NEW installed PARTS:
New Front and back side facing seats.
3 Row Aluminum Radiator (water temp typically below 190 even on 100+ degree days.
Front seat belts with inertia reels from Cruiser Corps
Rear output shaft seal
Spare tire
Clutch master cylinder
NEW parts not installed:
Front door weather stripping to include wing window from Cruiser Corps
Side Apron Shim and clip kit from SOR
Clutch Slave cylinder
brake lines
OTHER PARTS:
The expensive parts that make up the 40 SERIES 4 INCH SOR LIFT KIT. 4 SOR Heavy Duty Leaf Springs, 4 Explorer Pro-Comp Extended Shocks, 4 Greaseable shackles.
Auxiliary Fuel cell that mounts behind the rear Axle.
parts and pieces of spare instrument cluster.
Plus many other miscellaneous items. Have the original F motor that goes with the 40 if you want it.
