I feel like I’m missing something. I had my injectors rebuilt and have new seats but the outside diameter of the nozzle (9 mm) is quite a bit bigger than the inside diameter of the seat (7.6 mm). Is that correct?

If so, how to you get them over the nozzle? With a press first or install them and use a hammer/drift to get the injectors seated enough to use the bolts to torque?

The more I look at this the more it seems like they aren’t the correct nozzles but my invoice doesn’t have a part number on it.

I believe this is the correct denso number for a 13bt: DLLA150P10
Is there way to decode that to get nozzle diameter?

Well if anyone else finds themselves in this situation the supplier to the shop I used tried to cross-reference the part to a Bosch injector (not sure why, wish they had just called me), of which there are several between 7mm and 9mm that fit the ND injector body that 13BT's use. I guess the supplier just sent him the first one on the list (which was definitely too big). He sourced a Denso DLLA150P10 nozzle from a Denso supply warehouse and we're waiting for it now.
