Well it's one of the CT20/CT26 family. You can just make out the casting number from your photos.

I'm no good at picking between the 20 and 26 but suspect it'll be a CT26 (which I accept will mean it's really a CT20 )

It's missing a couple of things...maybe time to clean it up and ceramic coat it before installation.

This was the original turbo that came with my truck. Mechanic told me to replace the turbo ...long story.

I kept this turbo in a warehouse unforunately that warehouse caught fire.

The turbo is jammed and I can't move the impeller freeley. Perhaps some forign object made its way into it. I don't know how to open it up but one of these days I will try fixing it myself.

Sometimes a turbo will lock itself solid just through being gummed up with old dirty oil. I had one of these.
Squirting a solvent like WD40 into the oil port freed it up enough to be easily dismantled and cleaned/checked.

Damn.
Looks like it's toast and may need a LFH to dismantle (a LFH is a smaller version of the common BFH).
