Have a 75 fj40 with a Chevy 350 have to run a electric fuel pump because it is a tbi engine.looking where I can easily get 12v ignition power for the relay/pump pictures would really be appreciated thanks.

trigger the relay off your coil power. The coil power should will have voltage in run and start. Certain 12v circuits get cut off during start.
If your truck currently starts it's pretty certain the coil has power in both key positions

You can trigger the relay from the idle cut solenoid wire or voltage regulator. The coil is on the passenger side of the harness, so it is probably closest.
Not the answer you were looking for? There are others but the coil wire is universal to all gas motors. Even if the original harness was stripped
the V-8 still requires a coil of some kind

And mount the pump by the tank, not the engine, electric fuel pumps are pushers, not suckers.

What would you use to mount an electric pump IN the tank?? Investigating doing this mod to my already modded to the hilt 40...
