12/1992 FZJ80 Exhaust Availability to ship to UK

We have a US spec 12/1992 FZJ80 here in the UK that has the exhaust with the twin manifolds, sensors and initial silencers and are struggling to find a replacement exhaust system.

Some muppet has cut the silencers out thinking they were catalytic convertors and the rest of the system isn't in the best condition so we are looking for a complete replacement system from the headers back, ideally in stainless.

There doesn't seem to be anything available in the UK/Europe, hence the post here to see if we can find something in the US or Aus that can be shipped.

The only complication is the car is fitted with a long range tank at the back so the the system needs to be as close to the factory fit as possible.

Does anyone here have any recommendations?

We have access to the full Toyota parts system and a number of the key components are no longer available from Toyota or the likes of Partsouq, Amayama, Ebay, etc.

This is the system that should be on the car....

Some muppet thought that the silencers were CATs so have cut from infront of the sensors to behind the silencers, so need the two sections pre-silencers, the silencers and the section behind and from memory I think the main box is leaking as well, hence looking for a complete system.

In the USA, we would have to have a local exhaust shop build this from separate parts, such as Magnaflow brand. No one is making kits for the 91-92 (left side) or the 93-94 (right side) versions with side by side cats.

Only the 95-97 versions have decent aftermarket support.

I suspected that might be the case.

We have a few firms offering custom kits for the diesels over here that are in the majority and then we have localised custom build shops, but they want an arm and a leg for making one up.
