Those of you who have turbo'ed a 105 1HZ:

What are your approximate RPMs at 120km/h?
What is your top speed and the approximate RPMs at that speed?
What is your fuel efficiency like? 12L/100km? Better? Worse?

Any help would be appreciated. I'm considering putting a turbo on my 105 1HZ and I'd like some more info that I can't seem to find in the forums.

You might get better luck posting this in the Diesel/24V section. There aren't a ton of people with 1HZ trucks in here.

Photo from my 2005 105 check the rpm at a little over 120kph. It has 1HZ engine.

My 105 would be about same revs, on 285/75
16L/100km
17.5L/100 km towing
105 HP at 12lb boost.
Could go to 110 horses but staying conservative
Suggest if you do a turbo, need a minimum of EGT and a boost gauge. Some ppl say if high km, keep boost set to 10lb or less to keep stresses down.
Mate has his at 22lb 350xxx km’s tho 🫠
Would recommend intercooler straight up, im in desperate need. Could cook her easy
Flat highway be 390, if on incline it just keeps climbing if you want to maintain speed.
Throw a camper trailer on in QLD summer and engine just gets heat soaked, hard to cool. Apparently HZ turbo’s will usually crack the head 1st if allow EGT too hot.
