So you replaced the transfer case as well? That is a key piece of info. :doh: :bang:

When you pulled the transmission did you use the same torque converter in the second transmission? Was it removed/inspected?

I had a spare tranny with the T/C mated already, all I did was remove the existing tranny/tcase and installed the spare.

So, no, I didn't pull any of the converter at all. Inspected, yes. Nothing seems to be out of the norm ( I think).

Now, after the install of the spare tranny/tcase combo, I unplugged one of the oil cooler line, fired her up, oil was actually gushing out. That tells me that the converter is working, hence, the oil pump is working as well. I just don't know if there is enough or it had the right pressure to push the oil through. I don't have the tool to test that part.
 
Does the truck move if manually shifted from L, 2nd,
Drive Etc? Reverse work?

If it doesn’t, I would check the transfer case linkage for correct adjustment/engagement.
