100 series transmission swap into PZJ70

I've located a 100 series 1HZ Landcruiser manual 5speed gearbox. Is it possible for me to fit this gearbox into my PZJ70 as it's only a 4 speed box.

Do you know exactly which gearbox it is? It should be a H50F or H51F or if its reallyfrom a 105 series it will be a R151f.
Also do you know which gearbox you have now?It might be a R140?
Its on the aluminium tag on the firewall.

The 1PZ may have some issues with its 2 piece flywheel.All these other 5sp come off one piece jobs

Someone else on this site says his 1PZ has a 5 speed H55f so it maybe feasable.
