I have Just installed Eibachs pro lift kit on my 100 series, and when I went to adjust the torsion bars to set the height of the front I found That my driver side torsion bar was already maxed out. It has not been touched in the 18 years of owner ship. Any suggestions of what to do to get the wanted height? Preferably without getting new torsion bars.

Re-index the torsion bars.

What @JunkCrzr89 said.

1. Lift truck
2. Fully un-tension the t-bar
3. Disconnect t-bar bracket from control arm
4. Pound t-bar bracket onto t-bar farther (til it disengages from the splines on teh control arm side)
5. Unwind adjusters as far as you want
6. Slide control arm brackets back onto end splines in new position
7. Bolt everything back together, then adjust t-bars to desired new height

I just did this a few days ago. It took less than an hour. An impact gun was very helpful. The part that took the longest for me was step 4.
