so I may have an opportunity to get some 100 series sliders.

Worth trying to install on the 80?

Depends on how much you get them for and how much time and effort you're willing to put into it. They're two different vehicles with two different frames. While similar, it won't be a direct fit

The runners for the frame are different lengths along with frame height . You would have to cut all the runners off, re-cut angles and weld back on. Also not to mention the overall length is longer on the 100 than the 80 by 2-5" pending if you keep the front mudflap.

I guess if your getting them for free and you have good fab skills go for it.

Makes sense. I anticipate some fabbing and have been looking at the trail gear option which seems to be a similar amount of fabbing: position legs, adjusting angles, etc.
