Wow, ok guys.

With now apparently two people being interested, maybe you can understand why it’s not high on our priority list.
There certainly is demand outside of the two of us. If you sketch up a kit similar to the RCLT HD (not just a coilover conversion kit) and provide pricing that is agreeable, I will send you my vehicle to get started.

We have two shop 100s, don’t need another, do appreciate the offer though. I certainly do commend you guys for your stick-to-it-tivness. Would be great to see this come to life.

I definitely agree! I’m ready to blow $11k on this coilover kit but don’t want to do that if I can get something better, even if it costs more $. I know this probably isn’t the consensus view amongst people on this forum, but I’m sure there’s a couple of us crazy enough to pay for such a kit.

I also do appreciate you guys engaging on this.

I’ve emailed Camburg, Marlin, etc. and all they do is respond with the typical corporate response “we have no interest in developing a LT kit for the 100 series at this time but will reach out if plans change”.

it would certainly be a super cool product, no doubt about that. or at least one that would be super fun to put to use.

I’m a 100 series fanboy for sure but if I just had to have coils up front I’d take that $10k+ and migrate to a 200 series.
Great idea, but I don’t think my wife would be happy when I have to sell my 100 series for a lot less than I’ve put in it ;)

Agreed. Not to mention that the spring format change, really doesn’t change travel beyond extended shocks and aftermarket UCAs…

You’re young. Just explain that a divorce is much more expensive (for you) than a 200 series. No, maybe that won’t work. Never mind…

Hahahaha

You’ve given me an idea. Maybe I need to just tell her I NEED a 200 series too!

Ahh! The “need” vs “want” argument!

Instead of custom front suspension arms, I would consider just taking 200/Tundra/Aftermarket Tundra arms and fabricating custom mounts. You can push the suspension a little forward too for better firewall clearance. Tundra front big brakes are bigger and the rotors are easier to change. Adopt the steering rack if possible.

I’m currently emailing with a couple of folks about doing just this. I’ll post the group once I learn more.
