100 series fog lamps on without headlamps?

Is there a discussion on how to wire fog lamps to work independently of headlamps on 100s? TIA

The relay is difficult to get to, but if you're willing to dive in it otherwise isn't too difficult.

Yeah I found that thread I just can't find the fog lamp relay on my 05.
