100 Series Fan Needed (1 Viewer)

So on the way to my elk hunt the fan bearing assembly let go and shot my fan into the radiator. I found everything I need to put it back together today but the blade. None in stock in town that I can find. I can order one, but really wan the truck back on the road today. Does anyone on here have one lying around by any chance?

Up and running, special thanks to Mike for coming through with the fan. For what it's worth the one that went bad was a Dorman. Looked exactly like the Dorman I put in. Even had "Made in China" in the same place. I'm assuming it was replaced with the timing belt 80,000 miles ago.
