100 Series Bass tone through speakers (1 Viewer)

What's going on everyone!!! Brand new here with my 100 series w/ JBL. When the car is in accessory mode, the radio works perfectly. When I turn her over, all I get is a single bass tone. Is my amp done for? Radio can be on and volume all the way down , but the second I turn volume up one tick, bass. Video included.

Did you ever get around to diagnosing/fixing this issue? I'm in the same boat. On turning over the truck, it makes a noise like that loud bass brrrrrrrm sound from the movie Inception. That's it tho. Starts working fine right after that.
