I finally am at the point where I can start taking pre-orders. This is SPECIFICALLY for the 1998-2002 100 Series so look at the image to be sure this is what your upper console lid looks like before you order.

Price is $65, I am only making 20 this go around. If they become popular then I'll stock more but I can't sit on too much inventory for too long

I have a 92 FJ80 and I am talking about directly on top of the console. Is that considered an arm rest?

You likely have a 62 Series console that was carried over to the early 80s. Does your console top look like this?
